002 - Being Good vs Being Perfect

Being good is trying to do your best in a consistent manner, while accepting your weaknesses and learning from your mistakes. It focuses on growth, effort, and creating an impact.

Being perfect is trying to meet unrealistic standards, thereby trying to avoid mistakes and seeking flawlessness. This can lead to stress and exhaustion.

While being good is sustainable and human, being perfect is often unattainable and leads to burnout.

In life and relationships, people value sincerity and progress more than perfection. It is better to be good and real than perfect and unreachable.
