004 - Being NEUTRAL is also a BIAS

Being NEUTRAL in situations involving injustice, harm or inequality, staying neutral is actually aligning with the oppressor. Silence and lack of action can be interpreted as consent. 

Sometimes, not taking a stand is taking a stand and need not be good for the larger cause.

Take your stand for what you feel is right, rather than shying away.
